Safe Haven Solutions is an independent brokerage, representing various telecom carriers and their numerous product lines. As a broker, we can objectively recommend telecommunications services that best meet your needs. Our services range from vendor selection, contract negotiation, installation management, SLA monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Meet Alaine Fulton

Alaine Fulton graduated with Honors in Business Management at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She then started her career with a direct carrier XO Communications, formally known as Allegiance Telecom. She worked on the direct side for over 4 years.  In 2005, she started Safe Haven Solutions LLC. She felt that customers needed to know all their options rather than selling only one solution that may or may not have been a good fit. By having a good understanding of the business side as a whole, she helped leverage the  relationships with the carriers and partners direct to consult on a solution that fits each company’s goals and directions better.
