IRVINE, Calif. – May 20, 2019 – RapidScale, a Cox Business company, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Jeanine Sicinski, partner experience manager, to its prestigious 2019 Women of the Channel list. The leaders on this annual list are from all areas of the IT channel ecosystem, representing technology suppliers, distributors, solution providers, and other IT organizations. Each is recognized for her contributions to channel advocacy, channel growth, and visionary leadership.
CRN editors choose the list from a multitude of channel leadership applicants and select the final honorees based on their professional accomplishments, demonstrated expertise, and ongoing dedication to the IT channel.
With a decade’s worth of experience managing partners in the IT and cloud services industry, Sicinski has become an influential leader within the channel. Her experience includes channel program development, partner relationship management, partner sales enablement, solution selling, and account management. As a partner experience manager at RapidScale, Sicinski is responsible for developing and managing partnerships in the Northeast region as part of the cloud provider’s channel sales team.

Sicinski created a prosperous career for herself within the Channel. Prior to RapidScale, she successfully built a channel program that drove business through VARS, Master Agents, sub agents, and solutions partners, with tools and resources amounting to nearly 40% of new business. Her strategic focus on key partners contributed to her success in partner development. Excited to excel in the space, Sicinski brought this expertise to RapidScale in 2018 to generate an even more successful partner strategy, including partner segmentation and targeted focus on building partner relationships that will benefit herself as well as her sales leaders.
“I believe that the journey in my career, as well as the journeys of other women, create a respectable story. There aren’t enough women in technology today and women can make a very big impact. I want the next generation of women to know that the opportunities for them in technology are tremendous,” said Sicinski.
Sicinski is also a part of Cloud Girls, an organization of female technology advocates that mentors women and fosters leadership among the community and in the channel. In April 2018, she was recognized as a Rising Star in the third annual Cloud Girls Rising: Women to Watch Awards.
