Managed Cloud Services and Global CloudDesktop Lead the Way

[Irvine, CA: November 5th, 2015] RapidScale, a managed cloud services provider and leader in Desktop as a Service, has announced their 2016 market expansion and highlighted its newest strategic partnerships. RapidScale, which has consistently tracked more than 200% annualized growth since its inception, has not only been a definitive player in the growth of cloud services, but is also quickly becoming the preferred choice for the United States and Canada’s largest cable and telecommunications carriers. RapidScale has aimed its focus at developing large-scale strategic partnerships with numerous Multiple-System Operators (MSOs) throughout the industry. Set to launch in 2016, RapidScale is poised to be the go-to underlying cloud services provider for some of the largest MSOs in North America.

RapidScale has also developed one of the most stable and progressive global cloud platforms. With their focus on a synchronous managed services approach, RapidScale can provide businesses with an all-in-one infrastructure solution including Virtual Desktops, Hosted Exchange, Infrastructure as a Service, and Disaster Recovery. Their aim is to offer a business the ability to transfer their IT operations onto the RapidScale cloud platform and provide complete management including end-user support, infrastructure management and monitoring, and application integration. In 2015, they solidified a partnership with Montreal, QC, based global provider of voice, data, and internet services, Convergia. This partnership provided RapidScale with a stronger Canadian and Latin American presence to continue their global deployment of cloud services. Other core partners already in place include Tierpoint, Samsung, Star2Star, and more.

RapidScale is also adding new cloud facilities in Q4 of 2015 and Q1 of 2016. The goal of the expansion is to provide the lowest delivery timeframes and latency for applications being provided globally. By the end of 2015, RapidScale will have finalized a build out of their new Montreal, QC, cloud facility as well as kicked off deployment of their London, UK, and Hong Kong cloud facilities. In 2016 RapidScale will also be expanding its physical office locations to Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL, and Chicago, IL.

Randy Jeter, CEO of RapidScale says, “The shift to cloud for businesses is further developing and RapidScale is in such a strong position to be a game-changer in the global Managed Cloud Services and CloudDesktop market. The “cloud” has become a proven concept and is now primed for global adoption, and RapidScale will be the front runner for that deployment”.
