Leonard comes to RapidScale with over 20 years of experience in various marketing, sales and change management leadership roles

Leonard is based in Irvine and will be responsible for further accelerating RapidScale into a global brand and market leader in managed and hybrid managed cloud services, enabling partners to gain market position in selling and consulting such services, and leading a robust RapidScale marketing, advertising and public relations strategy. Before RapidScale, Leonard ran a marketing department comprised of 14 employees for four years as director of marketing at Intelisys, a ScanSource company and the nation’s leading technology services distributor. His responsibilities included branding, digital marketing, advertising, marcom, video, marketing operations, Cloud Services University, and public relations. During his time at Intelisys, Leonard launched and hosted The Channel Outlaws podcast, the only podcast in the world focused exclusively on channel sales partners. “Word of mouth means everything to me,” says Leonard. “I spoke exhaustively to dozens of sales partners, solutions engineers, and even leadership professionals at Intelisys.
