Susan brings over 20 years of experience in telecommunications consulting, account management and cloud sales to the RapidScale team.

[IRVINE, CA: February 8th, 2016] RapidScale, a leader in managed cloud solutions, welcomes Susan Eakle to the team as Vice President of National Accounts. Susan will take over leadership of account management and strategic partnerships for RapidScale. Her core focus is to elevate the company’s goal of providing clients with the best customer experience. She brings an extensive level of knowledge in the areas of account management, channel sales, cloud services and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining RapidScale, Susan held long-term positions with GE Capital and PAETEC Communications, which was purchased by Windstream. She has a history of documented success in developing processes and procedures, and building programs that focus on delivering the best client experience. She is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, is currently part of Women in the Channel, and was Co-Hub Leader of GE’s Women’s Network. With Susan’s expansive experience, RapidScale is excited to integrate her into the team and utilize her fresh insights and management philosophy to further enhance RapidScale partner and customer relations.
