RapidScale has announced a new self-help resource for customers with their RapidScale Support Center

[Irvine, CA: November 23rd, 2015]RapidScale, a global managed cloud services provider, has announced today the launch of their new support center:support.rapidscale.net The RapidScale Support Center will be a self-help, interactive resource for sales partners and customers to find common questions and answers, and forum topics, as well as submit cases to the RapidScale help desk. RapidScale’s commitment to customer care and 24x7x365 support resources is demonstrated with this new development in their overall customer experience strategy. With on-demand access, RapidScale’s customers and sales partners will be able to find support at any time of day and from anywhere in the world.

Customers will also be able to interact with one another in the newly launched support forums. This allows future visitors to the Support Center the ability to reference quick-fixes or find resolutions to issues on-demand. RapidScale’s customer Support Center will be monitored and will also provide customers with rapid answers to questions and access to the RapidScale help desk team.
