2. Training Resources
Once you’ve become a RapidScale partner, training is key. We have developed a unique training platform specifically for our sales partners. This is CloudUniversity, an online classroom filled with interactive lessons on cloud computing and related technology. It’s a self-paced learning environment, allowing partners to build their knowledge according to their schedule, while tracking their progress along the way. CloudUniversity includes cloud introductions, technical deep-dives, selling how-tos for industries and decision makers, and more, with new courses added monthly. And those partners who really want to step up their selling game can complete the four-course RapidScale Certification to gain knowledge on how the cloud works and how to position our cloud products – you even receive badges and certificates you can present to customers.
Along with CloudUniversity, RapidScale offers expert-led monthly webinars to further train our sales partners on various topics. These webinars occur on the first Wednesday of each month at 9am.
3. Sales Support
We provide resources throughout the sales process to make it easier to close deals. Sales partners can receive assistance from dedicated Channel Managers and Sales Engineers to complete side-by-side selling, and down the line from Project Managers, who can ensure client solutions stay on track. We also offer Cloud Roadmapping to build the perfect cloud solutions that can grow with your customers, and can set up educational seminars or customer events to continue building those relationships.
4. Marketing Support
We uniquely have an extensive knowledge base full of marketing resources for our sales partners. Our Partner Portal offers training materials for partners, as well as customer-facing collateral like product documentation, white papers and case studies, fully developed and tested marketing campaigns, and more. We have also developed a new opportunity to generate leads for our partners via a web presence, email marketing, and social media: CloudLeads. This fully developed and dynamic platform offers sales partners a completely branded website full of pre-built cloud information, lead generating forms, blog articles, and social media connectivity, all on a custom domain.
